FORECLOSURE NOTICE (Lenawee County) NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the circuit court in Lenawee County (at the east door of the Lenawee County Courthouse in Adrian, Michigan), starting promptly at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Default has been made in the terms and conditions of the mortgage made by Jeffery A. Schaedler an unmarried man, as original mortgagor, to The Huntington National Bank, a national banking association, as original mortgagee, dated November, 30, 2018, and recorded on December 19, 2018, at the Lenawee County, Michigan Register of Deeds, in Liber 2573, commencing on Page 177. which mortgage was corrected by a recorded affidavit in the Lenawee County, Michigan Register of Deeds.
