Harvey, Plymouth, MI 48170, dated October 27, 2021 and recorded on November 18, 2021 at Liber 57095, Page 111, Oakland County Records, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHT AND 10/100 DOLLARS ($22,308.10) plus interest, at a rate of 2.625% per annum, together with any additional sum or sums which may be paid by the undersigned as provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof.
