MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Henderson Enterprises, LLC, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) as nominee for IL Lending, LLC dated September 12, 2022, and recorded in Liber 57926, Page 639, Wayne County Records.
