FORECLOSURE NOTICE (Otsego County) NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the circuit court in Otsego County (at the North door of the City-County Building in Gaylord, Otsego County, Michigan), starting promptly at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Default has been made in the terms and conditions of the mortgage made by Sarah Madonna HTTA Sarah Holecheck, married, as original mortgagor, to FirstMerit Bank, N.A., as original mortgagee, dated June 11, 2015, and recorded on September 28, 2015, at the Otsego County, Michigan Register of Deeds, in Liber 1386, commencing on Page 48, which mortgage is now held by The Huntington National Bank, a national banking association, successor in interest by merger to FirstMerit Bank, N.A. The amount claimed to be due on this mortgage, on the date of this notice, was $57,420.21. The amount due on the mortgage may be greater on the day of the sale.
