The fourth dated February 3, 2025 and recorded February 18, 2025, with document number 2025R02246, Monroe County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned to NewRez LLC, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated April 11, 2022 and recorded on April 12, 2022 and given document number 2022R07854 in Monroe County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWELVE AND 54/100 DOLLARS ($146,212.54).
