NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a default has been made in the conditions of a certain Mortgage granted by Michael A Liquigli and Mary B Liquigli, husband and wife, as Mortgagors, to Homestead Savings Bank, F.S.B., as Mortgagee, dated January 22, 2013, recorded February 1, 2013 at Document No. 20130201-0012554 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Kent County, Michigan (the “Mortgage”) and the Mortgage is being foreclosed upon by Mortgagee. The premises subject to this foreclosure is located in the City of Grand Rapids, County of Kent, State of Michigan, and described as: Lot 31, Edison Highlands, City of Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan, according to the recorded plat thereof as recorded in Liber 56 of Plats, Page 5, Kent County Records. which has the address of 223 Centennial Ave NW, Grand Rapids MI 49504 Tax Parcel No. 41-13-27-128-015 No suit or proceeding at law or in equity has been instituted against the Mortgagor to recover the debt, or any part of the debt, secured by the Mortgage, and the power of sale in the Mortgage has become operative by reason of default. The amount due on the mortgage may potentially be greater on the date of the sale than the indebtedness listed in this Notice. Placing the highest bid does not automatically entitle the purchaser to free and clear ownership of the property.
