The lien was executed on November 26, 2025 and recorded on December 8, 2025, as Liber 30423, Page 586, Macomb County Register of Deeds. The lien secures assessments and other sums as of the date hereof in the amount of Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty One Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($3,931.25).
