The lien was executed on August 12, 2025 and recorded on September 8, 2025, as Liber 30274, Page 401, Macomb County Register of Deeds. The lien secures assessments and other sums as of the date hereof in the amount of Six Thousand Five Hundred and Three Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($6,503.25).
