NOTICE OF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE Default has been made by Nerma Ekic, of 4216 Eastcastle Ct, SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49508 (the “Co-owner”), in the terms and conditions of the Master Deed of Breton Meadows (the “Master Deed”) recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Kent County, Michigan in Liber 2450 Page 397, as amended, and designated as Kent County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 123, by reason of Co-owner's failure to pay condominium dues and other sums owed to Breton Meadows Condominium Association (the “Association”). Said default under the Master Deed has resulted in the recordation of a “Notice of Lien” by Breton Meadows Condominium Association, dated December 15, 2025 and recorded on December 23, 2025 with the Kent County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 202512230083647 and has been served upon the Co-owner. The amount owed under the Notice of Lien as of the date of this Notice is TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($2,979.50). Under the power of sale contained in the Michigan Condominium Act of 1978, MCL 559.208(2), and Article V, Section 4 of the Condominium Bylaws, attached as part of said Master Deed, please take notice as follows: Notice of foreclosure by advertisement. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the above-described Notice of Lien will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Kent County, starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. on March 11, 2026. The amount due on the above-described Notice of Lien may be greater on the day of the sale. Placing the highest bid at the sale does not automatically entitle the purchaser to free and clear ownership of the property.
