The lien was executed on September 19, 2025 and recorded on September 24, 2025, as Instrument No. 202509240013437, Genesee County Register of Deeds. The lien secures assessments and other sums as of the date hereof in the amount of Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Six Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($2,856.75).
