MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE DEFAULT having been made in the terms and conditions of a certain mortgage made by Richelle Wisniewski, whose mailing address is 6110 N. Newburgh Rd., Westland, MI 48185 and Sharon Donehue, whose mailing address is 47026 Yarmouth Dr., Canton, MI 48188, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship (“Borrower”), to Orsa Credit Union f/k/a Community Financial Members Federal Credit Union, 500 S. Harvey, Plymouth, MI 48170, dated August 15, 2008, and recorded on September 2, 2008, in Liber 47443, Pages 1477-1495, Wayne County Records, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE AND 85/100 DOLLARS ($55,943.85) plus interest, at a rate of 6.750% per annum, together with any additional sum or sums which may be paid by the undersigned as provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof.
