NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE The debt collector is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Default has been made in the conditions of a Mortgage dated June 18, 2021, (“Mortgage”) originally made by CRYSTAL M. STEVENS, whose last known address is 3904 Memory Lane, Jackson, MI 49201 (“Mortgagor”), to COUNTY NATIONAL BANK, Successor Trustee of the GUY F. SEIDEL LIVING TRUST dated October 15, 1990, as amended, (“Mortgagee”). The Mortgage was recorded in Liber 2191, Page 173, Jackson County Records, on June 30, 2021. Under the Mortgage, there is claimed to be due and unpaid as of February 13, 2026, the sum of Ninety-Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Four Dollars and 1/100s ($94,804.01), with interest at FIVE and ONE HALF (5.5%) percent per annum, which continues to accrue, plus Mortgagee's expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees. No action or proceeding is instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part of the Mortgage. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the above referenced mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Jackson County, 312 S.
